چکیده

Abstract 5-NaNT was the raw key material of copper(I) 5-nitrotetrazolate (DBX-1) and tetraaminecis-bis(5-nitrotetrazolato) cobalt(III) perchlorate (BNCP), which prepared from 5-AT by Sandmeyer reaction. This reaction usually happened slightly blast due to release heat nitrogen gas during whole procession. In order enhance safety reaction, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) used measure exothermal solution intermediate, calorimeter (RCle) assess thermal risk, adiabatic (RAC) estimate stability technological process hydronium copper(II)-tris(5-nitrotetrazolate) trihydrate (Cu(H-NT)(NT) 2 (H O) 4 ) intermediate for 5-NaNT. The Td24 168h, maximum temperature synthesis (MTSR) 17°C, rise 43 K, accumulation 9%, specific 3654 kJ/kg. result shown that dangerous chemical processes risk rank 1, mean this relatively low. Matrix evaluation runaway level it immediately cut off feed useful if cooling system out service.

Unimolecular decomposition of 5-aminotetrazole and its tautomer 5-iminotetrazole: new insight from isopotential searching.

Aminotetrazole compounds have become attractive ingredients in gas generating compositions, solid rocket propellants, and green pyrotechnics. Therefore, a fundamental understanding of their thermal decomposition mechanisms and thermodynamics is of great interest. In this study, the specular reflection isopotential searching method was used to investigate the unimolecular decomposition mechanism...

Multi-stage decomposition of 5-aminotetrazole derivatives: kinetics and reaction channels for the rate-limiting steps.

The thermal behavior, decomposition kinetics and mechanisms of 1-amino-1-(tetrazol-5-yldiazenyl) guanidine (tetrazene) and 2-(tetrazol-5-yldiazenyl) guanidine (MTX-1) have been investigated using DSC, TG techniques, and quantum chemical calculations. It has been found that MTX-1 is much more stable than tetrazene and MTX-1, and both of them decompose in three steps with different kinetic parame...

2-Amino-5-methylpyridinium 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylate trihydrate

In the title compound, 2C(6)H(9)N(2) (+)·C(5)H(2)N(2)O(4) (2-)·3H(2)O, the 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxyl-ate anion is close to planar [maximum deviation = 0.208 (1) Å]. The two distinct 2-amino-5-methyl-pyridinium cations are also almost planar, with maximum deviations of 0.018 (2) and 0.014 (2) Å. In the crystal, pairs of inter-molecular N-H⋯O and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds connect neighbouring mol-ecu...

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Zn(C(7)H(7)N(2)O(4))(2)(H(2)O)(2)]·3H(2)O, the Zn(II) ion, located an inversion center, is N,O-chelated by two 5-carb-oxy-2-ethyl-1H-imidazole-4-carboxyl-ate anions and further coordinated by two water mol-ecules in a distorted octa-hedral geometry. The carb-oxy group links with the carboxyl-ate group of the same ligand via an intra-molecular O-H...

Aquabis(5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylato)zinc(II) trihydrate

In the title compound, [Zn(C(6)H(5)N(2)O(2))(2)(H(2)O)]·3H(2)O, the Zn(II) centre is five-coordinated by two O,N-bidentate Schiff base ligands and one O atom from a water mol-ecule in a slightly distorted square-pyramidal geometry. In the crystal, the complex and uncoordinated water mol-ecules are linked by O-H⋯O, O-H⋯N and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network.
